Dr. Demichelis is a Registered Sport Psychologist. For 22 years, he has been the scientific coordinator of Milan Lab, a pioneering psycho-physiological lab at Milan AC training grounds in Milan, Italy.

He has been the human performance director at Chelsea FC, in London, UK;  consulting team coach Carlo Ancelotti.

His approach of applied psycho-physiology has been supporting elite soccer players, cyclistists, rubgy and golf champions

He has also directed the post-graduate courses in Sport Psychology at the University of Siena, Italy.
